About me.
I help organizations navigate ambiguity by translating customer insights into product strategy across digital and physical products.
I delight in the fact that no product design challenge is ever the same. Every uncovered unknown is an opportunity to learn, adapt, and think differently. Throughout my career—from architecture and international business development to product strategy and user research—one value has remained constant: understanding people in order to build products and experiences that create meaningful impact.
I am most energized by the messy, ambiguous phase of product development where the path forward isn't obvious and thoughtful questions matter more than immediate answers. Today, I work at the intersection of product strategy, research, and design, helping teams navigate ambiguity at the earliest stages of product development. By uncovering user needs, synthesizing research, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders, I help turn uncertainty into clear product direction.
Product Strategy & Research
As a Design Strategist at Delve, I led front-end product strategy across healthcare, consumer products, and emerging technologies. I partnered with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities, design research, facilitate decision-making workshops, and define product direction before development began.
As Senior User Experience Strategist at Converse, I lead global experience strategy for Converse.com, facilitating executive workshops, defining roadmap priorities, and partnering with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Design to translate customer insights into shipped experiences.
Relevant Experience
Before transitioning into product strategy, I spent four years in international business development at Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), working across New York and Copenhagen. There, I developed a foundation in strategic thinking, client partnership, and cross-cultural collaboration that continues to shape how I build alignment and lead complex initiatives today.
In 2020, I co-founded the Asian Inclusion Project in response to the rise in anti-Asian hate crimes in the United States. Through stories of food and family, the project explores what it means to be Asian American while creating space for empathy, conversation, and community.
